Merry Christmas to all my followers!
I spotted this in a Tiger shop on Saturday. These are not the first Christmas products I have spotted in shops this autumn, but they are the first I have bothered to look at, because this particular shop always has some fun and interesting Christmas stuff.
It shouldn’t be long now until I start spotting Christmassy window displays and the giant Yule trees should appear soon in the shopping centres (and Ikea). Later, in November, it will be time for Christmas buffets and Christmas markets, and before you know it, it will be Christmas.
You can expect more Christmas posts in the weeks to come – I like to explore how the colours and decorations in particular shops change from year to year. I might even do another Christmas countdown.
This was taken in 2011, but since it shows the very same decorations that have been used for the last several years in the Kringlan shopping mall (this year included), I decided to post them anyway.
When you read this, I will have been at a family Christmas event for about 2 hours, making leaf bread. If I remember to take photos, I’ll post them sometime between tomorrow and Christmas.
