Wire sculpture

Craft project: Jingle Bells Tree

Want to try your hand at making one? Here are two links to some pretty good instructions:

Gem Tree

Wire Tree

This one was made using silver-coloured flower wire and and the multi-coloured bells were added afterwards. I removed them once Christmas was over and will probably glue small gemstones on the branches for a more permanent display. The base is a rock with a natural vein of crystal in it, but the tree was originally designed to perch on top of a piece of obsidian, which unfortunately broke in half after the tree was completed.
